Microsoft 365 Business Basic includes web and mobile Office apps, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and 1TB OneDrive. Business Premium adds desktop Office apps, advanced security (Defender for Business, Intune device management, Entra ID P1), and compliance tools — making it the recommended choice for businesses handling sensitive data or in regulated industries.

Yes. Microsoft 365 CSP subscriptions are per-user, so you can assign different plans to different staff. For example, office workers can have Business Premium while frontline staff have F1. Seepath can help you design the right licence mix to optimise cost and coverage.

Microsoft 365 Copilot Business is available as a standalone add-on to qualifying M365 Business plans at $21/user/month (MSRP, annual). SQL Server and Windows Server subscriptions are licensed per-core (sold in 2-core or 8-core packs) rather than per user. Every physical processor in the server must have a minimum of 8 cores licensed. For Windows Server, you also need a Client Access Licence (CAL) for each user or device that accesses the server.
