Copilot in 30 — FAQ

The trial targets organisations new to Microsoft 365 Copilot — businesses that have not previously purchased Copilot licences. Each eligible customer receives one 25-user, 30-day trial. Eligibility is confirmed at provisioning through Microsoft Partner Center. Contact Seepath and we’ll verify your eligibility same day.

Copilot requires an eligible Microsoft 365 base licence — typically Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Business Premium, or an E3/E5 plan. Seepath will confirm your existing licences meet the prerequisites and can help you add or adjust licences if needed. As a Direct CSP, we handle this in one conversation.

The trial licences expire. There is no automatic charge or renewal. Seepath will review your usage data and present a paid rollout plan. If you convert to 50 or more paid Copilot seats, you qualify for $2,500 in Microsoft Frontier Accelerate deployment funding to offset your rollout costs. There is no obligation to continue.

Copilot Cowork is an optional add-on during the trial. It operates on usage-based billing and incurs small charges as users interact with it. Seepath recommends enabling it for Week 4 with a capped budget so your team can explore agentic AI without unexpected costs. We configure the billing controls before you enable it.

Same day in most cases. Once you confirm interest, Seepath verifies eligibility, provisions the 25 trial licences through Microsoft Partner Center, assigns them to your users, and sends the kickoff email — all within the same business day. Trials are available starting August 1, 2026. Space is limited, so contact us early to secure your cohort.
